Negative: The bedrooms were being painted the day we arrived. The paint smell was very strong and bothered some guests. Mirrors etc were in closets. The screens on the porches need repair. Kitchen cupboard doors didn’t close, need better hot pads and also hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen.
Summary: The ocean view is awesome. The spacious home was great for 6 guests.
