You'll be situated right between the Goethe State Forest and Wacasassa Bay Preserve State Park. There's also a canoe available at the property that you can use to explore the river. The colorful fishing community of Cedar Key is only 25 miles away. Cyclists can enjoy easy access to the Nature Coast State Trailhead in Chiefland (16.6 mi.).
