This casa features multiple private patio areas...a huge central courtyard with faux wicker sofa/loveseat/firepit greets you as you enter the home, a large garden patio off the dining room, large second floor terrace with covered pergola and open deck lounging space, plus a 3rdfloor viewing tower with 360 views to the gorgeous Sierra Giganta mountains and the pristine Sea of Cortez. One large Master suite with California King bed, secondary bedroom with Queen bed, and a full guest bath are located on the ground level, with a second Master suite with California King bed is located on the second floor!
The upstairs Master suite includes a shower and large oval tub in the bath. All bath and kitchen plumbing fixtures are antique bronze finish and coordinated with hand-crafted matte black towel hardware.
