Welcome to our elegantly restored duplex home in St. Louis, where old-world craftsmanship meets modern luxury. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by gleaming hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, and cozy, modern furnishings. The living room features royal blue sofas and a wall-mounted HDTV, perfect for relaxing evenings. In the kitchen, stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, and black solid-surface counters create a stylish space for culinary adventures.
With five lovely bedrooms, including a main floor bedroom with a king-size bed, and four additional bedrooms upstairs, sleeping up to 12 guests, everyone will find their perfect retreat. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed, and two shared bathrooms offer convenience and comfort.
Outside, a petite porch provides a charming spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage, while a fenced yard offers space for kids and pets to play. For added convenience, we provide a full-size washer and dryer, as well as a high chair and playpen. Our property is ideally located just minutes from St. Louis's top attractions, including the St. Louis Arch, Busch Stadium, and Forest Park. Whether you're exploring the city or enjoying a romantic night out, there's something for everyone nearby.

Plenty keeps you busy in the St. Louis area, whether you are in town for family or friends. This St. Louis home is in a prime location, just minutes from all the best attractions! Let's not forget our most famous attraction here in the Gateway to the West. You will be a 5-minute drive from the St. Louis Arch and downtown. Are you a baseball or hockey fan?
