Please note that in case that you do not agree with any of this conditions than you can cancel your reservation free-of-charge within 30 minutes from reservation. later not. in case of last minute reservation (less than 24 hours to check in) the free cancellation is available for 15 minutes only, in winter (from september) we switch on the electric heating if needed. it start a little slowly (no gas available here) and we always charge an extra (!) electricity fee based on the yard reading at check in/out, in case of renting 2 studio apartments, the deposit is 400euro, 1 apartment is 200 euro and the bedroom + 100euro. for long-term stays, the deposit is 300euro per apartment, this property located half level below the ground floor both with larger windows for light and ventilation, only for bookings of more than 5 people, we use the (separated) bedroom and/or (depending on availability) the 2nd studio apartment. we can accommodate up to 12 people in total in our 2 apartments. washing/drying is strictly forbidden inside the apartments. late check in/out, if available, cost extra each started hour!, modification to existing furniture and equipment of the apartment is forbidden. no additional electric tools of any kind are allowed into the apartment, nor be connected to its electric system.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, managed by a private host

Positive: Host was very friendly when we got there and accommodating, very clean inside and had all the facilities we needed, good value for money

Negative: Was cold but was to be expected in winter so not a massive issue.
