Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house located in Davenport, Florida. This beautiful home is perfect for families or groups who are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay while enjoying all that central Florida has to offer. House is located in the gated community of Highgate Park. House is located in approximately 16 min from Disney, not including traffic.

The house features an open concept design, with a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen 55-inch smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee maker, toaster, and blender.
The house has four spacious bedrooms, each with their own unique style and decor. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which has queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and has access to its own bathroom.
Laundry: Washer and Dryer are available and the detergent is provided:)
Outside, guests can relax on the screened-in patio, which features a comfortable seating area and a private pool. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot Florida days or for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring the area. Pool can be heated upon request for 40$ per day (for longer stays please reach out to me about the price). BBQ grill is available at all times.
