Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, a washer and dryer. We'll have a microwave and air fryer a large refrigerator freezer a small freezer if need to freeze all the fish you might want to catch. I have a brand new massage chair all new beddings and pillows for all the beds it's been remodeled new paint new bathroom and kitchen flooring Feel at home in this perfect space, and don't hesitate to ask for local recommendations during your stay. Two TV's one in the bedroom one in the living room. A brand new massage chair in the living room. The lake right down the street. Parking on property for boats and trailers. A few good restaurants down the street liquor store around the corner. You can sit at the fire pit and watch the stars come out and the full moon when it's that time of the month. In the morning have a fresh hot cup of coffee or tea and watches the sun comes up. Welcome to the Piney woods of East Texas. Very comfortable and cozy. It has central heating and air an extra AC in a bedroom window. There is also an extra AC in the living room window for those who like to chill out and want to be just a little bit cooler than everyone else. Enjoy on the weekend the Lake Palestine resort which is 8/10 of a mile down the road on weekends free music outside with a bar and a dining room. Then to top it off they set the fireworks off at night.
