This modern and extremely well appointed bungalow has everything you could need right on the doorstep, as well as off road parking and lovely outside space for soaking up a sunny afternoon. Whether you’re looking to play a round of golf at one of the local courses in Prestatyn or Saint Melyd or want to stroll along the Gronant Dunes, this property is perfect for days filled with enjoyment. There is a swimming pool, sauna and gym on a nearby holiday park which are open to the general public (at cost). There is also a family club, pub, chip shop and café.
As well as local attractions and amenities, Prestatyn is only a short distance away and boasts beautiful beaches, shopping and a number of popular places to dine.
Brooklands location also allows easy access to the rest of North Wales, making it the ideal place to have your time away.
