The Birdie Nest has all of the amenities needed to enjoy your stay and is in a convenient location to check out the local restaurants, take a trip to the beach or just to spend the day golfing.
This exquisite condo has an open concept living with bright and natural light that fills the space. The wide sliding glass doors lead to a private screened in porch and has a beautiful view of the 17th hole. While staying at The Birdie Nest you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite countertops and stainless steel appliances to meet all your cooking needs.
Comfort is key and there is not a spot in this space that you will not enjoy. The family room has been tastefully decorated to be able to relax and unwind. There are fun board games, puzzles and books for your entertainment.
Smart TV’s are located in the family room and in each bedroom. The Master Bedroom, located off of the main living space, has a King size bed, clean linens and access to the screened in porch. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite with a separate shower and toilet area.
The guest bedroom is located off the main hallway along with the second full bathroom. It has a queen size bed, fresh linens and is themed to be a golfer's paradise. This room also offers a desk and chair to be used for school or work.
Wifi, cable and laundry are available during your stay. A pair of beach chairs + towels, boogie board, noodles and sand toys provided for you to enjoy.
The True Blue community offers pools and hot tubs (1 pool in community is open year round; other pools are seasonal (April - September 30th)), tennis courts, and a club house with a great restaurant. True Blue is a designed course. The True Blue Golf Course is one of the most spectacular settings in golf with vast fairways and undulating greens. Another famously designed Mike Strantz course, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club is close by and has been recognized for its design and beauty. Both are public courses!
