2 Bedroom Condo with Air Conditioner, Balcony and Fireplace

Stunning 1200 sq.ft condo with gorgeous chefs kitchen, comfy living room with leather sofa and 2 true full size Bedroom En-Suites (Bed configuration is Cal King in Primary with Patio, secondary is Queen). There is also a secondary and/or private entrance in back bedroom area.
The condo has 2 private Patios which provide another ~ 200 sq.ft of comfortable outdoor living and there's covered dining space with table and chairs and new cushions. Outside the Kitchen area is another sitting area with two chairs and table. Great for morning coffee.
The entire condo was completely painted in 2020 and both bedroom bathrooms were remodeled bathrooms in 2021.
There is full washer and dryer located off the kitchen and next to the 3rd bathroom (1/2 Bath)
The condo is extremely well maintained. The condo is nicely appointed and includes all everything you need for your stay.
The chef's kitchen has a 12 foot slab granite island/bar, high VAULTED ceilings, stone floors throughout and all situated behind the security gates of gorgeous Mountain Cove. The primary suite has a 2nd private balcony and shady pergola. (this is one of kind, unique feature to the Mountain Cove Condos)
Enjoy being nestled up against the mountains and steps away from the heated sparkling pool.
Newly installed vinyl sliders add to the indoor outdoor living too.
Great Location! Tennis Garden, Golf, Coachella Music Festival, StageCoach, Acrisure Arena for Big Concerts, Ice Skating and Coachella Valley Firebird Hockey. Shopping, Local Markets, restaurants, coffee shops, spa services near and walkable. Condo association does not allow renters to have pets. This is an upper unit. Summary: If you love mountains, this is the place for you! This place is right at the base of the rocky hillls of Indian Wells. We enjoyed the views, the wildlife (coyotes, ravens, hummingbirds and more...) The pool that was heated was a brief walk, and it was clean and clear and lovely. The condo itself was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of condiments, spices and all utensils you could ever need.The beds were divine! Marienn communicated very well with anything we needed.
