This townhouse is a beautiful, contemporary styled 3-bedroom property, located in the sought-after complex, Sol EuropaGolf, in Nueva Andalucía. Fully refurbished to a very high standard, this home offers a bright and modern living space with a serene backdrop of lush communal gardens.
The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and features a dining area and lounge which leads to the beautiful terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor coffee spot. From here there is direct access to the communal gardens and pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and quality appliances; it's also got a lovely little fireplace which all combine to make for a great holiday getaway.
There is a separate TV lounge, with a sofabed, suitable for a child up to the age of 12.
There are 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There are two additional double bedrooms on this floor as well as a bathroom (with shower) which is shared by the two bedrooms.
Make your way up the final flight of stairs and you will come out onto the stunning rooftop terrace which has ample space for entertainment with an outdoor dining area with built-in gas BBQ, as well as a corner chill-out lounge. The terrace has beautiful views over the communal gardens and is very light and breezy, perfect for the long summer days!
The townhouse has air-con throughout, with individual room controls. Furthermore, there is WIFI included to make you feel right at home.
The communal gardens are very well maintained and the communal pool is there for your enjoyment during the warmer months of the year.
Casa Sol is in a trendy residential area right behind the Los Naranjos Golf Course, just a 6-minute drive from the Aloha Strip with fantastic restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Both the San Pedro and Nueva Andalucia beaches are just a 10-minute drive away, Puerto Banús is just under 10 minutes away as well, and Marbella Old Town is just 15 minutes away.
For golf lovers, it's good to know that not only do you have easy access to Los Naranjos Golf Club, but you are also very close to Aloha Golf Club and Magna Marbella (par 3 course for beginners).
Casa Sol is the ideal choice for a break in the sun, summer holidays, or a Golfing holiday.
