This 175mยฒ property spans two levels. On the ground floor are:
- A large, bright 70mยฒ living room with a relaxation area, a large screen TV, a dining area for 12 people, and a large, high-quality fitted kitchen. The bay window opens directly onto the terrace.
- A 20mยฒ bedroom suite with a dressing room and a 160 x 200cm bed.
- A laundry area.
- A separate toilet.
- A beautiful 13mยฒ bathroom with two sinks and a large walk-in shower.
The upper floor is reserved for the sleeping area:
- 1 bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and one 140x190cm bed,
