Located on the heights of the city, this fenced property includes the main house, as well as an annex building composed of small apartments. Access to the property is via a gravel driveway for 150 m. The cottage has two outdoor living spaces, the garden on the south side and the terrace on the north side with garden furniture and barbecue.
