Positive: Its a home! The entire place was ours with full use of all things including a washer/dryer. Nice big bathroom with great water pressure.

Negative: Do not leave any food out on the counter- had to put it all away due to little ants showing up.. also my bed was extremely creaky and the smoke detector light above the bed was very bright at night.

Summary: Once we got settled in, it felt like we were home.
