Positive: Great location in the center Everything is made of wood, but there are soundproofing issues Quite a large room Kitchen, balcony, convenient to enter/exit Everything you need is there: shower, hot water, internet, heating Kyivstar mobile internet 120 Mbit/s Iron, hair dryer, kettle, microwave oven Near the railway station
Negative: Poor sound insulation. The house is quite old. Not enough convenient power outlets. You have to climb a creaky staircase, and if someone walks at night, you can hear it very clearly. The toilet and shower are shared between two or three rooms. There are no chairs in the room—there are heavy chairs in the kitchen, but to get them, you have to go down a steep staircase. There is no backup power supply, at least for lighting.
Summary: Not a bad option for one to three nights
