Your cottage is private. We have a shares heated pool in season + shared jacuzzi all year. You have access to both Parc Régional and P'tit Train du Nord.
WINTER: X-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, fat biking, sled and ice skating all walkable (ski in - ski out) distance!
SUMMER: mountain or road bike, hiking, rock climbing
We are a small cottage resort dating back to the 40s. Our cabins are very comfortable and our site is lovely on top of being perfectly located. If you are looking for a unique experience with a retro flair, this might be just the place for you.
NOTE: We are highly pet friendly! If you are severely allergic, are scared of cats or dogs or simply dont care for them, we might not be the place for you.
Now, about Le Zermatt.
Directly on the stream, this condo-style chalet is spacious. Large double patio doors open onto the terrace where you can relax in your terrasse with BBQ and a picnic table. In the living room, you can count on a warm wood burning stove during your winter stays. Note that the cottage has front washer and dryer + dishwasher. Its size is about 1100 sf. When rented with Luzern, the area is 2400 p.c.
SOUNDPROOF
The chalet is well soundproofed (isolated floor with blown cellulose). We still ask everyone to be mindful of loud music and noise.
SLEEPING OPTIONS
The Zermatt has two closed bedrooms. A Queen Bedroom with lots of storage space and a Bedroom with Double + Twin beds (and extra Twin mattress under the double bed)
LA CUISINE
The Zermatt kitchen offers plenty of storage, a dishwasher, countertops and an expandable table. You will find cookware, standard coffee maker, kettle, electric mixer, small electric chopper, slow cooker and of course, a set of Swiss fondue.

This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

No arrival or departure on most Saturdays (some exceptions made)
Early check-ins and Late check-outs do not allow us to rent the cottage on the night prior or after the stay. The price of an extra night is charged for early arrival or late departure.
