Positive: Good communication from agent Nice pool but cold Good location for us Comfortable beds & clean linens Coffee pod machine, tea and coffee supplies Plenty of glasses & crockery ( but no prosecco glasses)
Negative: 4 double bedrooms plus a single NOT 2 singles in 1 room as described ( also 4th room is actually inside another room, no wardrobe, drawers, table, pictures, ornaments - we called it The Cell!) ok for a child only NOT 4 bathrooms as described but 3 plus a toilet Hot Tub, just full of dirt, no water & not working Upstairs shower broken. Like turning a tap on and flowing into wall. (Agent offered to replace head, but this wouldn't have fixed issue as would still flow into wall as bracket broken) Terrible smell in freezer / fridge ( response from agent was " don't understand how, when it's been cleaned) I cleaned myself and it still smelt! 2 toilet seats loose and move around Kitchen table wobbles so much it really will fall over very soon Downstairs bathroom was dirty and very old
