Our renovated and updated home features tall ceilings and that quaint historic feel. Our fenced yard is great for pets and our front porch is great for relaxing after a long day. Our neighborhood is a good place for walking! Enjoy this lovely home without hurting your piggybank!

The Space:
Our home is located less than one mile west of Downtown Columbus. It is nestled in a fenced-in corner lot. Ample parking in back for two cars.

Once inside, our home presents a living room, a large dining room, and kitchen all stocked for your stay. The main level of the home also includes a washer/dryer. Upstairs you will find two good sized bedrooms. Each with a new queen bed and stocked for your stay.

Guest Access:
Private entrance, access to the entire 2 storey home, one side of the duplex.

The Neighborhood:
This neighborhood has experienced many phases through out it's existence, and is currently in a revitalization phase. There are lots of properties being renovated, and some that still remain boarded and empty. This area has experienced some crime in the past, but has improved in recent years. Franklinton has experienced several great floods in the past, and has been somewhat neglected throughout the middle to late part of the 1900's. T

The City of Columbus is focusing on creating a new Short North style neighborhood in Franklinton through developing an urban creative district. This new neighborhood is now centered between Gift, Town, Lucas, and Rich Streets. Key developers have purchased existing buildings and are working to refurbish existing buildings to retain the character of Franklinton.

Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID, selfie with the ID, and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).

PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$35 (Less than 5 nights)
$50 (5 - 30 nights)
$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
