5 Bedroom House with Barbecue, Pool and Balcony
The beautiful pool (5 mx 12 m, depth 175 cm with a shallow area for small children 5 to 60 cm) is fenced and equipped with parasols, deck chairs and a pool shower. In the well-kept garden you will also find a slide, swings, a hammock, garden furniture and a grill. A fruit and vegetable garden is also available and you can pick up fresh products.
The holiday villa is divided as follows:
On the ground floor, a hallway leads to a patio (dining table) on the left and to the living / dining room (2 dining tables, 1 sofa, 2 armchairs) on the right. You will also find a separate toilet and the very well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, 6 gas hobs, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, mocha jug, washing machine, clothes horse and iron). The kitchen has direct access to the garden.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 cm) and a private shower room with toilet. A fourth bedroom houses a 160 cm wide double bed. On this level there is also a small salon with a table, chairs and armchairs.
The fifth bedroom (double bed, 160 cm wide) is located in an annex and has its own shower room with toilet.
All windows have mosquito nets. WiFi is available. Cot and high chair are available on request. Well-behaved pets can be brought on request. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house. First shops and restaurant in the village of Petriolo (1 km), first supermarket 5 km.
