You have always wanted to enjoy the desert weather and now is your chance. Welcome to your home away from home. Our vacation retreat provides the opportunity for a fantastic golf experience or just a relaxing winter getaway.
This fully furnished home features over 1600 square feet of open concept living. A spacious kitchen flows into the living and dining areas with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den. The interior has just been completely repainted, including the baseboards. It has new flooring in the bedrooms and a new washer and dryer. A soft water system and a reverse osmosis system are installed for your benefit. Also included is a new 75" TV in the living room, a new 43" TV in the master bedroom and a 3rd TV in the spare bedroom. The den has a desk, monitor, printer and sofa. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoors on the south-facing front patio or the rear covered patio with an extended paver area and BBQ grill. A propane heater is available for those cool desert evenings. An oversized garage is available for your convenience.
Sun City at Merrill Ranch is a 55 plus community which is located southeast of Phoenix. The community offers endless amenities such as a championship golf course, recreation center with fitness studio, indoor and outdoor pools and spas, indoor walking track, pickleball, tennis, bocce ball, horseshoes, and numerous clubs to satisfy just about every interest possible. Passes to use the center are available for a one-time fee of $25 per couple and during your stay you are eligible for resident rates at the golf course.
