We strive to create the best experiences for our guests, and part of that is excellent communication. When you arrive, we want you to experience exactly what we described.
This Home is the only home on the lot, there are several families of animals that frequent the property to feed on the vegetation. It is not uncommon to drive up to see a whole family of deer in the front yard.
The Space:
This home is equipped with three TELEVISION, all connected to a ROKU,
Portable BOSE speaker can be used to listen to music and complimentary WIFI.
Full Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Keurig Coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookie baking sheet, Cooking Ware, Plate set for 12, Cups & Utensils. We provide bedding & towels to shower.
Complimentary gated pool (CLOSED FOR REMODELING), BBQ in the Backyard. CENTRAL AC & HEAT.
The sleeping quarters:
Room#1 Master bedroom, 1 King size bed, attached restroom and walk in closet.
Room#2 1 King size bed, large closet, and dresser with television and roku.
Room #3 1 Queen bed, attached restroom with bathtub, closet, and dresser.
Room #4 1 Queen sized bed, 2 twin beds, 2 couches, closet and dresser.
The indoor Common Areas:
Living Room 2 full size couches and 3 arm chairs, smart television. The indoor fireplace is decorative.
The outdoor Common areas: Deer trail viewing deck, star gazing deck (not lit at all, so you can view the stars without any light pollution), back covered outdoor living room, back outdoor dining areas, back outdoor fire pit and back outdoor covered bar/dining area.

Reminder: The front porch is equipped with one security camera. The camera sees the driveway, front door and the entrance to the pool(not in use). The garage door is equipped with a second security camera which would cover the entrance to the garage and also a few steps to the backside of the property.

Parking areas:
No parking in the carport, Parking for up to 8 vehicles fit along the driveway AWAY from the home. (Absolutely no street parking, it will be towed)
PETS: The home is PET friendly, but you are responsible for picking up after your furry friends (pooper scooper and poopi bin is outside of the back gate). The pet deposit of $100-250 WILL be charged if WE must take extra time to clean up or notice any destruction OR feces left on the property. NO BIRDS OR CATS.
Guest access:
You will have 100% Privacy inside this Home. It is a keyless entry; therefore, we will send you the code and no need to meet in person.
We are always available by Text/Call or the Vrbo App for any questions you might have.
*In case you need help with anything, Sergio, our friendly on-site manager is there to help, He lives in the home to the right. *
If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home where you can party, this is NOT the home for you. You are welcome to play music and make memories, but absolutely no big parties allowed.
* If you want to rent the home for an event, please send me a message and we will see what can be accommodated at an extra charge. * We want you to enjoy our home as we’ve enjoyed it through the years, the only thing we ask is that you treat this home as your own if not better.
Other things to note.
WHAT WE PROVIDE: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll to get you started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. Clean sheets & Clean towels to all guests upon check-in. Additionally: Shampoo, conditioner, Hand Soap, Dish soap, Coffee, Creamer, Sugar, Tea, Salt, Pepper, Oil, Trash Bags, Windex, Broom, and a Mop will be available.
Locations of local grocery stores will be on the entryway table.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Everything Else not listed above that you would use, food, drinks, roasting pan.

-The deposit is not charged. The deposit is in case there is damage to the home, but it is not charged to your total at all.
-The cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the Total amount that you see upon booking.

-If you are looking for directions or locations, it is best to look up "Trip Advisor" for things to do in the Area and "Yelp" for Restaurants. (FREE Apps on your phone) we will send you all information and address prior to your arrival.
