AS YOU ENTER THIS HOME ON THE MAIN LEVEL YOU HAVE A FULLY FURNISHED KITCHEN WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD THINK OF TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME AWAY FROM HOME. THERE IS A FULL DINING AREA AND LARGE ISLAND FOR EATING, OR WORKING ON YOUR LAPTOP (WHICH YOU BETTER NOT BE YOUR ON VACATION!!!) A NICE SIZED AREA TO WATCH TV WITH PLENTY OF SEATING OR JUST LOUNGE ON THE SCREENED IN PORCH. THERE IS A FULL SHOWER/TUB BATHROOM. AT THE FRONT OF THE HOME THERE IS A QUEEN BEDROOM WITH A LAUNDRY SET AND PORCH ACCESS AND A QUEEN/ TWIN XL BUNK BEDROOM THAT HAS ACCESS TO THE THAT FULL BATHROOM.
UPSTAIRS YOU WILL FIND A KING MASTER SUITE WITH A PRIVATE BALCONY, TV, A SMALL DRINK REFRIGERATOR AND A DOUBLE VANITY BATHROOM WITH A LARGE SHOWER AND PLENTY OF DRESSERS IN THE ROOM AND LOTS OF STORAGE IN THE BATHROOM TO STORE YOUR BELONGINGS. THERE IS ANOTHER KING BEDROOM WITH A FULL BATHTUB SHOWER COMBO WITH A CLOSET AND IN THE BEDROOM THERES A SLIDING DOOR TO A SHARED BALCONY THAT IS SHARED TO A QUEEN BEDROOM THAT HAS A BATHROOM WITH A SHOWER. DOWN THE HALL ON THE LANDING THERE IS A TWIN XL AND A LAUNDRY ROOM ACROSS THE HALL WITH A SECOND WASHER AND DRIER. ALL OF THESE BALCONYS HAVE BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF DEER AND OTHER WILDLIFE.

THERE IS A CHARCOAL GRILL THAT CAN BE USED ALSO (BRING CHARCOAL) SOME BEACH CHAIRS AND EQUIPMENT, TOYS AND 4 ADULT AND ONE CHILD BICYCLES AVAILABLE FOR USE AT OWN RISK MUST BRING OWN HELMETS.

THERE IS A STREET LEGAL LSV GOLF CART AVAILABLE FOR RENT TO USE DURING DAYLIGHT ON THE ISLAND AND GIVE EASE OF ACCESS THROUGH ALL GATES YOU CAN ONLY CROSS THE 4 LANE, GOLF CARTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE 4 LANE.
