Positive: the staff was friendly. the breakfast was good. and the room was big.
Negative: the hotel facilities were outdated. some areas needed to be updated. For instance, the guest restroom near the restaurant was in bad shape. the toilet lid was broken and placed next to the toilet totally loose. my feet, just for being barefoot in my room, were dirty. I suspect it was the carpet.
Summary: for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting better maintenance of the facilities and cleanliness
