**HOSTED BY 2 LOCALS - Adriana and Samantha** Woodview Retreat is near everything you need for an upstate vacation! 3 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame and heart of Cooperstown, near wineries, breweries, trails, museums, antique stores, farms (get ready for Fall Fun and corn mazes!). This location is ideal because even though you are on a private, peaceful road, you are less than a minute away from one of Cooperstown’s main, most well maintained roads.
The front door opens to the dining area and kitchen, with the living room off to the left. Both bedrooms are at the back of the apartment. There are two full bathrooms - one has a door to the hallway and the king bedroom. The other is an ensuite to the queen bedroom. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a king in the other bedroom.
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves, including a deck for their exclusive use. The outdoor area and pool are shared with two other units. Each of the three units has its own fire pit. Inquire about a group booking if you want to rent all three and have the whole place to yourselves!

There is a spacious front yard and woods behind the apartment home creating just stunning outdoor scenery. Summary: Perfect spot for a Dreams Park Tournament stay. 5min to the park and 10 minutes to town. Clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 1 kid. Pool, fire pit and view were an added bonus.
