We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Upon descending to the basement, you'll find a space designed for fun and entertainment. The center of attention is the pool table, dart board, and TV in the open living area. The private office space off of the main living area provides a quiet spot to catch up on work.

While public transportation is limited in Larkspur, there are still a few options for those looking to get around. Rideshare services like Uber or Lyft are sometimes available. For those arriving at Denver International Airport, car rentals are available on-site, with a scenic 50-minute drive to the property. While having a car is recommended for exploring the area, guests can also enjoy nearby outdoor adventures like hiking, biking, and skiing.
✴We require that guests refrain from interacting with the neighbors to the West (the neighbor to the right when facing the house).
✴ This is our cherished family home, not a hotel. We are opening our home and welcoming you in as apart of our family. Please treat the home with respect.
✴Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited due to the high risk of fire in the area. This is a countywide regulation and must be strictly adhered to for the safety of all.
✴Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to retrieve the large trash bin in the garage. They will NOT enter the home. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
✴Events are subject to approval. Please note event fees will apply.
✴During icy, wet, or slippery weather conditions, please use extra caution when walking on the exterior stairs, back patio, and walkways. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents resulting from slips or falls on the property. However, we will do our best to keep the driveway, stairs, and home entrances cleared and safe for all of our guests.
✴Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
✴Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
✴Security cameras have been installed outside the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
