Inside the house, guests are welcomed by an atmosphere that harmonises the contemporary with the cosy. The living room, spacious and flooded with natural light, invites you to relax and socialise, while the modern décor adds a touch of elegance. On the ground floor, you'll also find a fully equipped kitchen in open space with the living room, where you can cook all your meals.
On the first floor, there is a mini kitchen and four bedrooms, three of which have double beds, while the remaining bedroom has two single beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle. In addition, the rooms share a common balcony, providing stunning views and seating areas.
Car parking is available inside the property.

AREA
This villa is located on the seafront in the south-west of Madeira Island, in the municipality of Ponta do Sol. Next to the property there is a beach, a few restaurants and the Lugar de Baixo lagoon, the only tidal lagoon in the archipelago and a stopover point for many migratory birds. The property is close to the centre of Ponta do Sol, where you can find several restaurants, beaches, shops, a petrol station and a mini market, as well as other essential services.
In the municipality of Ribeira Brava, which is just a few minutes' drive from the property, you'll also find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the beach, a market, the Ethnographic Museum and some local shops.
The airport is 40 minutes away by car and the city of Funchal is 20 minutes away.
