4 Bedroom House with Sports, Fireplace and Designated Smoking Area
The wine trail retreat is the perfect family vacation rental. This 2400 square foot home sits on a well maintained half acre lot and its packed with amenities. Although this house is a lot of fun, we do not allow stags, birthday parties or groups that would potentially disturb this quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We prefer family oriented groups. 3 minutes from the lake sits a little slice of paradise. This 4 bedroom 3 bath home is packed with amenities surrounded by more than 10 wineries and 2 micro breweries. After a day of wine tasting bring your group back for dip in our fresh water swimming pool. The pool comes with several lounging chairs to enjoy the Okanagan sun. If that doesn't work for you, you can grab some shade pool side in our outdoor bar equipped with a comfy couch and big screen tv. The large flat well maintained lawn is equipped with soccer nets, frisbee and corn hole set to keep your guests entertained all day long. The upper deck includes a barbeque grill and large covered dining area. Move inside to our open concept living area. The pub style kitchen has plenty of counterspace, a bar, a dining area, joined by the living room with large couches and another big screen TV. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms round out the top floor. Move downstairs and enjoy our games room. This space features a pool table, dart board, golden tee golf arcade machine and another big screen TV. This space will be a hit with your group! Just down the hall from the games room is our home gym. This area comes complete with a weight bench, full dumbbell set, exercise bike, and even a sauna! 2 more bedrooms, one full bathroom and the laundry room round out the ground floor. If you are planning to visit Kelowna, this is an excellent spot. We have parking for 6 vehicles and are located on 15 minutes to downtown Kelowna. There are two golf courses within 15 minutes of driving and only 3 minutes to the lake. We are surrounded by wineries and within walking distance to groceries.
