LUXURIOUS FINISHES: This home was thoughtfully designed and curated with you in mind! Each choice, from the comfortable beds, high-end soft-white linens, plush pillows & clean, charming aesthetics to the fully functional & renovated kitchen you will love. The primary bedroom features a large soaking tub with mountain views (big enough for 2!).
There are FOUR fire features in the home! There is a wood-burning stove in the living room, a gas fire pit to enjoy on cozy mornings or in the evenings on each level of the deck and terrace, and a large gathering fire pit with swing chairs to roast marshmallows and has the perfect camp-like vibe to it!
Natural Landscape: The home has great privacy with neighbors in front that are not very visible and one in the back in the distance but the primary views are lush, natural and private!
IDEAL FLOOR PLAN: The home features 5 bedrooms and 4 baths (2 bedrooms on the upper level and 3 on the lower) as well as 2 living rooms, indoor dining for 8-10 (8 regularly but there are 2 additional leaves for more space), outdoor dining for up to 10 and 2 large outdoor living spaces!
CENTRALLY LOCATED: The home is centrally located in the heart Dahlonega wine country! It is also so close to amazing hiking trails & outdoor adventures!
COMFORTS OF HOME: It really is the small details that will make your stay comfortable. The little amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry and dish soaps, and starting toiletries and coffee are provided!
PARKING: There is room for up to 5 off-street parking spaces dedicated for you in the front & side of the home.
KITCHEN
Modern, fully equipped: includes microwave, toaster and new SS appliance suite as well as stone counters. We stock some basic items for you to start your trip right such as coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels, sponges & dish soap & etc. For your morning enjoyment, there is a Keurig, a drip coffee maker & a Nespresso for your preference! Name-brand K-cups are provided for your first-morning convenience!
LIVING ROOM
Living room: Comfy large sofa, loveseat and and 2 swivel chairs that turn out to your direct mountain views as well as 2 ottomans, with a Smart TV and 4 counter stool for extra seating as-needed for guests! Lots of cozy layered lighting will be sure to enhance your comfort!
