Beautiful 2 story home located in large cove on Lake Gaston. Approximately 5200sqft -this luxury home is filled with everything you need to relax and enjoy your Lake Gaston getaway! Bring your boat or jetski and enjoy 8+ft water depth at the end of dock with access to both the boat and jetski lift or enjoy the two kayaks available for use! Large fenced in back yard, with grills located under gazebo.
As you enter the foyer, you'll be greeted with a large open concept living and dining space- perfect for family reunions or entertaining! Make your way into the kitchen where you'll find everything you need to craft the perfect meals- double ovens, toaster, microwave, pot filler, coffee pot, crock pot & more! On the first floor you'll find the owners suite, with access to the large deck that overlooks beautiful Lake Gaston. The Owners suite has an attached bathroom with double sinks, large shower, jetted bathtub and walk-in closet. Also on the first floor is a queen bedroom with desk, perfect for remote working or learning! Queen bedroom also has access to small private deck overlooking lake. The laundry room is located on the first floor, with ironing board, and washer & dryer. The first floor contains 3 additional bedrooms, one king bedroom, and two bedrooms with two full size beds in each. Every bedroom has a 55"+ smart TV and Dish Network- perfect for catching up on your favorite shows!
On the second floor, you'll find two additional bedrooms. One room with a king size bed and futon that pulls out to a twin. The other upstairs bedroom has a set of twin over twin bunkbeds as well as a set of full over full bunkbeds with pull out trundle. The second floor has a half bathroom and a full bathroom with shower. On the second floor you'll find lots of options for entertainment. A large game room equipped with a pool table, air hockey table and foosball table. An upstairs living room, perfect for gathering for movie nights. There is also our arcade/game room complete with several popular arcade games and board games! Use of boat and jetski lifts not available after 9/1/2023.

Summary: Beautiful home, lovely property, responsive host, nice comfy dock area, and roomy. It wasn’t clear from the description that there is literally only one attached bathroom (the master) for 7 bedrooms. No end tables nor coffee table or lamps for main living room were the only missing ingredients from this otherwise nicely furnished home with well stocked kitchen and with comfortable beds and bedding. Towels galore and lovely outdoor spaces to spread out. We will return!
