Little do they know its right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo) which is seasonal.
These low-rise Gulf Front units are the perfect place for any vacation. The units offer a Master Bedroom, Bunk Room, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, and a Washer and Dryer. The building offers a great Gulf Front pool. Every unit has a full on gulf view from your private balcony!
Windancer 309 is a beautiful updated condo located on the third floor. In the living room guests will find modern upscale décor with luxurious touches like flat screen Televisions, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The condo features luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with and bathroom with a tub shower combination. There are bunk beds built into the hall perfect for the kids, and a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. The common areas all share a powder room. Right off the living room there is a private direct gulf front balcony with spectacular views! We also have complimentary beach service!
