Positive: The house was super clean and it had everything working properly. Lovely house in a nice neighborhood and close to everything.
Negative: At times the a/c was too cold in the bedrooms and bathrooms although comfortable in livingroom/diningroom/kitchen areas. Perhaps ceiling vents/registers should be upgraded ($15 a piece https://www.homedepot.com/p/Everbilt-10-in-x-6-in-3-Way-Steel-Wall-Ceiling-Register-in-White-E103M10X06/300539156?MERCH=REC-_-pip_alternatives-_-300539476-_-0-_-n/a-_-n/a-_-n/a-_-n/a-_-n/a) with on/off louvers so guests can control or stop airflow.
