Summary: Unit is well laid out and has a lot of potential. However, it needs a deep cleaning, deep cluttering and minor repairs. The basement and sunroom carpet is dirty with multiple stains; should be cleaned or replaced. Sink in laundry room bathroom drains excessively slowly. Kitchen tools and appliances are very nice and worked well, but cabinets are stuffed and disorganized. We also found the lighting in the living/dining/ kitchen area to be rather dim. Big need- towel hooks and bars in bathrooms and bedrooms!! This place appears to be a work in progress.
