Relaxation awaits you in this beautiful beach home with ocean views! Beach cottage charm décor throughout creates an easy, breezy feel that only the beach can bring. Follow the flip-flops in our yard to the beach access right next to the house. You'll be only 150 steps from Sandbridge Beach, perfect for soaking up the sun, riding the waves, ocean kayaking, and surfing. Cook gourmet meals in the well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Brew your morning coffee in the Keurig, Mr. Coffee, or Cuisinart. Dine alfresco next to the beautiful, refreshing pool or on the upper deck while taking in the ocean views. Amenities include an outdoor shower, a deck with a foot wash, central AC, TVs with cable in all bedrooms, WiFi, a gas grill, and an open front porch. Beach chairs, boogie boards, pool basketball, pool volleyball, and pool noodles are all included.
NEW for 2023--updated outdoor entertaining space with large covered area and outdoor bar, additional full bathroom accessible from pool area, game room, a fenced area for the pups, and more!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Paws & Relax in August 2024. The property and home was even better than we expected! Pictures do not do it justice. The property was very large and private. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was excellent! Loved the lounge chairs on the patio. The back yard access to the beach path was perfect. The house had everything we needed. We didn't need to bring so many pool and beach toys because there were plenty there! We had such an enjoyable stay and would definitely consider staying at Paws & Relax again!
