Summary: This is the fifth condo I've rented in Provincetown for New Years Eve and it is by far the one I've enjoyed the most. The apartment is very well proportioned with the upstairs for cooking and living and the downstairs for the bathroom and bedroom. The location is close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops and bars of downtown, but nicely removed from all the noise and crowds. Watching the tides roll in and out in the bay was endlessly fascinating - being able to walk down to the sand in low tide was a lot of fun. Oh, and the kitchen was perfect for reheating the food that we bought. Depending on how much you cook, it might difficult to prepare a lot of food with an under the counter fridge, but for our long weekend, it was perfect. I loved the unit and the whole vibe of the community.
