Summary: This is a quiet, cozy cottage about a block away from the water. We used the front porch quite a bit, to enjoy the beautiful weather. The front/main living space is comfortable and it's helpful that there is a 2nd living space that one of us used for doing some work. Didn't use the TV, so can't speak for that. Both beds were very comfortable. Be aware that the two rooms share a wall and there is only one bathroom, which is right off the kitchen. This is not atypical for an old house, but privacy is not in abundance.
