Positive: The hotel is in a good location in Harrachov. The room was clean and comfortable. My room faced the woods, and was nice and quiet.

Negative: There was no internet in the room. This is despite the advertising on Booking that the hotel includes wi-fi. While the reception people were generally friendly, when I asked them to do something, they just waved me off with excuses (E.g. "IT support is in Prague..."). It is quite clear that there is a router only in the reception area. My advice for people who want to use their time to work a bit, go to a different hotel. And if you want to plan the next day of your vacation, use your mobile net. Or otherwise, bring a nice book.

Summary: It is a simple and clean hotel. Suitable for enjoying Harrachov and the mountains.
