The second floor includes the common areas of the home. With an open floor plan your family can enjoy time together in the kitchen, dining area, and living area. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need, appointed with granite countertops, stainless appliances, breakfast bar that seats four, two dishwashers, two refrigerators and a wine refrigerator. The large dining table seats twelve with the breakfast table seating an additional six. The living area features three sofas and a large smart TV. Also on this floor is the game room with a ping pong table and foosball table.
