What Casa Tallman Offers:
Main House: Spacious and inviting with 3 bedrooms.(with king sized beds) and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for relaxing and recharging.
Separate Guest House: A charming retreat featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a private home theatre, ideal for kids or additional guests to enjoy their own space.
Outdoor Living at Its Best:A cozy outdoor living room - the perfect spot for evening cocktails. A dining pergola with a grill and pizza oven, ideal for alfresco meals under the stars.
Entertainment: Sonos sound system in the common areas both inside and outside! - just download the app and play your favorite tunes! Also, be sure to enjoy movie night in the home theatre, which is strategically located away from the main home in the second smaller home (we call it the Casita) because the surround sound packs a punch on action movies!!
Luxury Linens and Towels: Enjoy the comfort of hotel-quality amenities for a truly comfy and cozy stay. All beds are fitted with multiple pillows, duvets, and comforters, and we only believe in oversized, extra-fluffy towels in the bathrooms!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Please note that all guests must sign a Liability Agreement prior to check-in. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We look forward to hosting you.
- Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles.
- The guest shall use the home for residential vacation purposes only. Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden.
VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND.
- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.
- A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.
