Welcome to A Palm Paradise! This large 4 bedroom 5 bath home is located in the gated community of the Plantation. The enclosed stairway on the ground floor leads to the first level. The first floor features a king master bedroom with flat screen TV and private deck access on the East side of the home, a second king master bedroom with a flat screen TV and private deck access and a third king master bedroom with a flat screen TV on the West side of the home. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds and has its own full bathroom. The second floor of this vacation home is an open floor plan living, dining, and kitchen area that leads out to the large screened porch. The living area is tastefully decorated and features comfortable seating and spiral stair case to the rooftop observation. The dining area features a large wooden table that seats 10. The kitchen is well stocked, equipped with stainless steel appliances, and offers plenty of cabinetry. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and outside to spread out and enjoy your Island vacation. The surround sound movie room on this floor serves as an additional sleeping area and offers an additional full bathroom with a fabulous clawfoot tub! The spiral staircase on the second floor leads to the fantastic rooftop observation deck with panoramic views and is the perfect place to relax with a refreshing beverage! The exterior of this property offers a beautiful private screened pool (heated for a fee) with awesome bar area, enclosed outdoor shower, fish cleaning area, park-style grill and community pathway to the beach!
