Nestled up to the White Mountains National Forest, this multi-level beautifully appointed;1750 sq feet chalet is walking distance to the Waterville Estates recreation center with indoor and outdoor pools, spa, tennis, gym and more.One enters the house on the main level to an open living room, dining room, porch, and kitchen (gas fireplace, vaulted ceiling). Main level also has a 1/2 bathroom, plenty of storage for skis in mudroom.
The two bedrooms are downstairs each with a queen size bed. The principle bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom (bath tub) there is a second full bath (shower) on this floor and an additional sitting area.
Half bath on entry level. The large loft upstairs has sleeping and living/play area: two twin beds and a comfortable sofa sleeper for 2, loft living area has seating, TV, internet, and games. Dedicated space in mudroom on main level for loft residents to hang clothes. Loft opens on one side overlooking dining room and kitchen.
