4 Bedroom, kid friendly home, fully furnished. Air conditioning. Beaches close in all directions. Located on Prince Edward Island, home of the best seafood in the world! Lobster, oysters, scallops, mussels and more!
This home features fine finishes, a modern kitchen, large ensuite with custom shower and soaker tub. There is a large rec room in the basement with a pull out coach for additional room. There is also a gym area, as well as a ball hockey room for the kids to let off some energy.
A covered deck allows you to BBQ in any weather, as well as a propane fireplace for those evenings with a chill.

Summary: Our stay in Mermaid was perfect. The house was extremely CLEAN and well stocked with everything we would need. The yard was perfect for our children to run around in and the neighborhood was safe, leaving us to not worry about our kids when they were out playing. The hockey room in the basement kept the kids entertained for hours! It was a short drive to Charlottetown too. The owners were very pleasant, responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We hands down would stay here again.
