The home is spacious and set well off the road. Enjoy over 2 acres of privacy while relaxing on the stone terrace and taking in the amazing view of Lighthouse Cove. You will be a short walk to the iconic restored Pemaquid Lighthouse which is open for viewing daily ($3/per person). Along the walk you will pass the Pemaquid Point Hotel (est 1888) and the Sea Gull Restaurant next to the Lighthouse along with the Bradley Inn. The house is minutes away by car to the Pemaquid Beach which is a wonderful sandy beach ($4/per person). The wonderful town of Damariscotta is located 25 minutes away and offers a old fashion main street feel with a movie theater, brew pubs and shopping. The house is also located about 45 minutes by car to Boothbay Harbor to the South and Camden to the North.
