Positive: The location was okay, there were not a lot of things around the area, you definitely had to drive a distance to find places to eat and other activities. The home was in a very quiet area and definitely had some beautiful views.
Negative: The home was nice, but there was a strong sewer smell in the home and a musty smell in the lower level of the home. The smell was very strong when you entered the home and at certain times of the day and night. It is a nice home, but definitely needs a little TLC. One of my major complaints were the pillows, they definitely need to be replaced or have renters bring their own. They were very flat and old, many of the extras in the closets had stains all over them. Many of the outlets throughout the home did not work and there were many cobwebs in the doorways to some of the rooms. It just needs a good cleaning of the higher areas; the other areas of the home were clean.
Summary: It was a nice stay, but the home could use a little TLC on the inside.
