Located ten miles from Clemson University, this beautifully crafted home offers a refuge unparalleled to any other community on the lake. Vaulted wood ceilings, wide pine plank floors, two stone fireplaces, one on the main floor and one on the terrace level, all combine to create a true mountain lake house getaway. The Master Suite offers a private level with elevated unobstructed views of Lake Keowee. There are built-in dresser drawers and a small loft area, great for a home office or intimate reading space. There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a private in-room half bath, and a shared full bath off the hall. The kitchen has been recently updated to include a stainless farm sink, smooth range cooktop and granite counters. Just outside the French doors, enjoy a massive waterview deck easily large enough for parties of 20 or more. Equipped with a gas grill for your grilling enjoyment and plenty of seating for the rest of your party to take in the beautiful lake views! The terrace level offers a full recreation area with stacked stone fireplace, stone patio, additional sleeping space, another full bath and laundry. The room above the detached garage is also included in this rental. This private oasis offers grand lake views, large palladium windows, a separate living area with a private kitchen, balcony, one bedroom, a loft area with 2 double beds, and a full bath. The dock has an upper level seating deck, rare on Lake Keowee, and storage building lakeside for storage of all of the lake toys.
