Located between Aransas Pass and Rockport in the waterfront community of City-By-The Sea, this dog-friendly vacation rental features Gulf access, a dock, and a private splash pool.
Built in 2016, this 4BR/3BA home also offers an open-concept floor plan with
two living areas and canal views. Fire up the grill in one of two large outdoor spaces.
LIVING AREA
The light-filled Great Room features a dazzling wall of windows as well as a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Detailed with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a four-person island, the sparkling full kitchen has all you need to create your favorite recipes.
When meals are ready, the dining table seats up to eight.
BED & BATH
This home sleeps 12 guests between four bedrooms and a full-size sofa bed in the family room.
The primary suite is fitted with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
