In addition, the master suite on the second floor has an expansive deck on the harbor and a spa bathroom where you can track the boats and view the sunrise or the warm sunset lit harbor right from your bathtub. A separate laundry room and a spare room for guests or a den complete the second floor. The third floor has a very large bedroom with couches and harbor views, a bathroom and an additional bedroom.
The property is on 175 feet of Salem Harbor waterfront with an expansive front yard and secluded backyard with a raised-bed garden. Swim, kayak, sail just down your steps in the front yard.
