When you walk into this condo you will not believe the beautiful view of Lake Michigan and the Crystal River right out your window- you can even hear the water lapping on the shore. 2 bedrooms plus small loft bedroom and 2 bathrooms. What a great way to enjoy Glen Arbor in this budget friendly condo! Top floor condo with great sunset views. There are stairs to get to the top floor. This condo fits 2 couples or a family with children well. Not recommended to sleep all adults although that is allowed. Sleeps up to 7. Will consider weekly or short stays during any season. Summer 3 night minimum. Weekly Saturday to Saturday only. Short stays are permitted during prime summer dates, however, deposits will not be charged for reservations totaling less than 7 nights that are booked online until the reservation is confirmed by Visit Up North the next business day. Arrival and/or departure date must back up to existing reservations and/or begin/end on a Saturday or Sunday. 3 night minimum Memorial and Labor Day weekends.
Main floor bedroom has 1 Queen. This room also has a murphy bed (pull down bed). There is a bathroom on the main floor. Upstairs bedroom has 1 Queen and small loft has 2 Twins. Aero bed air mattress provided too. Watch the sun set from this spot! Kitchen with breakfast bar that looks over Lake Michigan and the Crystal River. Cable TV (TVs in upper and lower bedrooms), DVD, wifi not provided. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Bathrooms on both levels. Relax on the balcony with your morning coffee and feel the gentle breeze off the water. Just a couple miles to Glen Arbor for dining, shopping, kayaking, tennis, and even mini golf! 10 minutes to the Sleeping Bear Dunes climb. Head to Big Glen Lake for boat or jet ski rentals. 30 minutes to Traverse City.
