Steps from a bustling creek and waterfall. This cottage is perfect for anyone coming to the area for any reason. Stocked with guest exclusives: snacks, drinks, extra towels, soaps, books, seasonal candles/decorations, kitchenware, extra linens, tons of pillows, an adjustable bed and much more! This “Right-Side Unit” is private and is two floors, eleven rooms, all spacious and relaxing. In bedrooms, mattresses are new and top of the line by MLily USA (used only by guests). The backyard is huge! Play catch, kick a ball or use the volleyball kit or have a small fire in the pit! And there’s a grill too if you love to cook! If you have kids there are plenty of board games for them. WiFi is lightning fast and reaches throughout. This is an old house but updated. Dish-washer and new induction top stove. Cottage is located in a booking- friendly neighborhood and just off the highway. You are literally at the heart of Dutchess County.
You have a private: Kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, full bathrooms and laundry on the first floor. A staircase takes you to the second floor where you’ll find 3 bedrooms, an office and another full bathroom.
Outside you have a front porch, the huge back yard, grill, patio and chairs, table, umbrella and a deck. The fire pit! You can see a floor plan I made to help you visualize the space too.
The Left side unit: is where host lives part time. Thursdays to Saturdays, host lives upstate in Albany. Host is a super quiet / friendly artist always out and about antiquing and doing home designs / renovations in the field for clients.
