**The resort pool will be closed from 11/14/2025-2/2/2026. Watercrest will be replacing balcony railings and painting the exterior of the building from October 1 2025 to May 24 2026. During this time condos could have limited or no access to balconies while specific work is being completed.**
This second floor beachfront oasis at Watercrest Condominiums brings all the comforts of home to your vacation while boasting one of the largest wraparound balconies you could find on the beach! The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom and access to the wraparound balcony. Bedroom two hosts two full over queen bunk beds along with a private balcony facing the front side of the building. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for two. Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and many more enjoyable amenities. One of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! The Unit 210 owner provides guest with free 2 person cabana chair to use at the beach with a booking. (Mid March thru October)
Enjoy beautiful beach views from the cozy balcony, all housed within one of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! Why This Property? Watercrest 210 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2025. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.
The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Unique Benefits Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.
Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy.
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
DISCLAIMER - GUESTS MUST REGISTER AND PAY A PROPERTY SAFETY AND SECURITY FEE OF $57.50 PER VEHICLE (up to two vehicles- third vehicle would be $87.50) UPON ARRIVAL AT THE PROPERTY. THIS IS PER RULES OF THE BUILDING/PROPERTY THUS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Complex is great with pools, hot tub, tiki bar, ramps for the beach. Super short walk to beach. Condo was easily accessible, lots of room, comfortable beds, & very clean. Had basics only which is true to listing but would be nice if owner updated skillets & had some spatulas. No spatulas makes for a difficult time making breakfast but that is a minor inconvenience when you have an amazing condo
