Summary: Disappointed in condition of property - very tired and dirty. Mold, stains, bugs, squirrel in attic, had to get electrician out to fix breaker/circuits, had issues with alarm system going off in middle of night, beds were old and worn out, not enough dishes and silverware.Lots of potential but needs thorough cleaning inside and outside. Dead bait found left in one of the grills on the dock.
